The addition to the Simms Fishing Products facility in Bozeman, MT is coming together. The 14,000+ sq. ft. addition will house additional manufacturing space, administrative offices as well as conference rooms. JME designed a system to simultaneously keep these vastly different work spaces comfortable.
The heating, cooling, and ventilation needs for the 1st floor manufacturing space will be served by a new Roof Top Unit (RTU) with economizer cooling and power exhaust.

The 2nd & 3rd floors are to be conditioned by a separate VRV system that will provide independent temperature controls to 12 zones inside the new building.
