Experienced PEs with demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers and designers on simultaneous multi-disciplined projects. Proven ability to communicate across an extensive design team, deliver successful construction documents that are complete, concise, on time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • -Leading and producing technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models for HVAC and Plumbing systems
  • -Perform and evaluate calculations for electrical design packages
  • -Lead and mentor Mechanical Engineering staff
  • -Apply standard design techniques and procedures
  • -Work with Sr. Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders
  • -Coordinate with other design disciplines
  • -Perform field verifications and site walks
  • -Direct experience in Air-Side HVAC, Wet-Side HVAC, Plumbing and Controls Systems

Additional Responsibilities

  • -Project management including client communication, schedule/budget management
  • -Bi-weekly project status reports
  • -Site surveys, subcontractor meetings, client presentations
  • -Interface with government agencies and code officials

Qualifications

  • -B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • -Active PE license
  • -10+ years experience, 2+ years as PE
  • -AutoDESK Revit knowledge preferred
  • -Knowledge of relevant national codes

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, occasional travel

Licensed Civil/Structural PE to lead team members, manage projects, and provide design expertise. Opportunity to develop a team and travel/interface with clients.

Qualifications

  • -BS in applicable engineering discipline, MS preferred
  • -Active PE license
  • -10+ years experience, 2+ years as PE
  • -Experience with Revit, Enercalc, Risa 3D preferred
  • -Design around common materials (wood, steel, concrete, masonry)
  • -Experience with foundation systems (helical piers, micropiles preferred)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, occasional travel

Lead projects, provide design expertise, and help grow a team of designers and engineers. Complex and exciting designs using modern techniques.

Qualifications

  • -B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • -Active PE license
  • -10+ years experience, 2+ years as PE
  • -Understanding of National Electric Code (NEC)
  • -Experience in architecture/engineering consulting firm
  • -AutoDESK Revit knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • -HVAC: Run heating/cooling loads, system selection, equipment selection, REVIT drawings, ductwork/piping sizing, specifications, construction support
  • -Plumbing: Pipe sizing calculations, fixture/equipment selection, piping layout, CAD drawings, specifications, construction support

Qualifications

  • -B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • -3+ years directly related experience
  • -AutoDESK REVIT knowledge preferred
  • -Strong mechanical, analytical, technical skills

  • -Gravity/lateral calculations
  • -Material selection, framing sizes and connections
  • -REVIT drawings, wall sections, custom details
  • -Specifications/schedules, construction support
  • -Project management of assigned projects

Qualifications

  • -B.S. of Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent
  • -3+ years directly related experience
  • -AutoDesk REVIT knowledge preferred
  • -Strong structural, analytical, technical skills
