JM Engineering collaborated with the architectural team at L'Heureux Page Werner, PC on the design for the new Franklin Elementary School. The project involved designing new high-efficiency heating and cooling systems for the new addition as well as the new domestic plumbing system.
The learning environments benefit from a ventilation system that has reduced system noise and includes air filtration systems to help keep students and staff healthy. The design process utilized Building Information Modelling (BIM) to minimize construction conflicts and delays.

The firm prioritized low maintenance systems that would reduce operational costs for the school district for the life of the building.
The construction team, led by Jackson Contracting Group, began the physical build.
